We are not a licensed real estate brokerage, and nothing on this site is brokerage, legal, tax, or financial advice. Any offer we make reflects what we, as an investor, are willing to pay — which may be below the property's fair market value. You are free to decline any offer, list with an agent, or pursue any other option, and we encourage you to compare.
